The special MEDIUM formula of the Royal Size Health Nutrition range has been tailored to the special needs of medium-sized, older dog breeds.

Mrs Mig does well on this.
Mig is a fifteen year old Samoyed and has been enjoying this food for many years, as has her seventeen year old border terrier friend Arti who seems determined to keep plodding on for several more years. The big sack is the only problem, I have to make room in a cupboard to keep it from being raided and I do wonder if smaller bags would keep it fresher. But the dogs don't get bored with it. They are happy to wolf it down every day and it suits their digestion - small, regular stools.

Great food, Lab loves it!
Been feeding my yellow Lab Royal Canin ever since we got him as a pup and there is no way I would ever take him off it. He has a healthy, shiny coat(and does not over moult despite what some say on other sites). people always comment on how healthy and well he looks, vets included. Great price from Zooplus also!

Digestive problems :(
My 13 year old Cocker Spaniel didn't get on with this food, as it gave her diarrhea. We went back to RC Sensible and everything's back to normal.
It's a shame, as she liked this food, and it smelt great.

Empty bowl every time
My dogs love their food and although they are large dogs don't produce large poos so this is presumably high quality food without too much filler. I wish I'd placed my latest order while this promotion is on as they'd have enjoyed the hedgehog squeaky balls.

My 16 year-old lady dog adores these...I have always given her a RC diet adapted to her age, and here's the result: she's in good shape, has a lovely coat, is never sick... Even the vet is surprised she's still with us. Thank you Royal Canin for allowing us the company of our faithful companion for longer.

Ganja approves!
My 12 year-old female belgian shepherd loves this dry food. I chose it after trying a number of different types and I'm sticking with it, because they suit her fragile system. To add to that, she eats really well when she's on this food, when otherwise she isn't that hungry anymore. I would recommend this for older dogs.

My border collie cross says yes, please!
I give my 10 year-old border collie cross Royal Canin Medium Ageing 10+. She's starting to show her age, but after 5 days of eating this new food there are improvements: softer, less greasy coat, he seems to be more active and fitter. He doesn't leave a single bit behind! The shape of the kibble also helps to clean his teeth, and his breath is already improving. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

super kibble!
very good kibble for my old dog (14). Easy to digest and he really likes it. His back legs have stopped trembling and his poo is firm. Excellent - highly recommended!

My dog adores it!!!
I feed this to my 10 year-old cocker spaniel and I think it's just right for her. She has a great coat and perfect digestion. I would recommend!!
